Guests have exclusive use to the studio. They may if necessary use the shared laundry facilities.
The studio is in the old town, where there is a lot of hustle and bustle during the day, however, after 11pm is a relatively quiet residential zone. While there is no parking on site, there are car parks nearby. The studio is on the second floor - there is no lift but stairs are very manageable.
